Home of the famous cinnamon bun (and so much more...)
The Cafe has seen several iterations since its first foray into food production.
In the 1990s, the ground floor classroom space was turned into a bagel shop and operated
with a fire-brick oven for Bagels Only.
Since then, there have been several minor and one major renovation and
five cafe operators with our
most recent locally-loved owner-operator, Lisa Norris, taking the reins.
